YEAR’S END INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO: SANTA IS BACK IN THE GAME

news

The end of the year is always meaningful and especially now, when the whole world wants to leave 2020 behind. This year brought to us too many issues that affected both consumer behavior and economic activity around the world.

The pandemic has significantly accelerated digitalization in all areas of society and business. Consumers gained trust in online shopping and e-commerce has become the trend of 2020. The transfer of large numbers of employees to remote work only hastened the shift in consumer preferences.

Financial assistance from the government has made it possible for people to increase the number of purchases in different segments of life: clothes, household goods, entertainment, etc. This created a strong basis for stock markets growth from spring till very December. Now markets are awaiting a new $1 trillion aid package from the US government. The emergence of vaccines offers hope for an end to the pandemic.

But no matter how everything goes on, there is an event that always happens during this time of year. We are talking about Holiday Season: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year. Every year, people make an unimaginable number of purchases at the end of the year. This period is called the Christmas Rally or the Santa Claus Rally. And thanks to the e-commerce rise and additional cash injections from the government, this season will be even more interesting and dynamic.

We are proudly present you our new investment portfolio based on main beneficiaries of current Christmas Rally.
